No prize for 4th? What are you going to do, make 3rd/4th play off?

If we get enough players, a play off won't be necessary. I didn't say no prize for 4th, just that a prize would be determined by how many people participate.

And yes, we're permitting proxies for a bit longer. It's hard for people interested in the format to get together the duals and other high value cards for a deck on short notice, and then discover they don't like that particular deck. The use of proxies is permitting us to hold tournaments to spur interest in the area in the format, as well as let people experiment with various decks without having to worry about duals, Grim Tutors, Tabernacles, Rolling Earthquakes, etc., etc.
