With the coming release of Rise of the Eldrazi, and every single one of those creatures seemingly being tailor made for Jhoira's suspend ability, I thought it might be time to post my Jhoira list. The basic idea is to get Jhoira down ASAP, suspend a sweeper then suspend a game winner 1, 2 or 3 turns later.

You can add Clockspinning if you want another card to speed up your suspend shenanigans.
If you need another sweeper, Flame Wave is a possibility, but it's not quite as good as the ones you already have in the deck.
Since you have sweepers that clear the whole board, maybe consider Thwart, Gush, or other spells that return lands to your hand just in case something were to ruin your plan after the board sweep. Also, you might wanna add Darksteel Ingot for the same reason; it'll stick around after you Jokulhaups the board.

Other than that, it looks really, really solid.

This deck looks pretty fun. I'd try to add a little bit more mana accel, but not having played the deck, I can't tell you how important it'd be. Gilded Lotus, Eye of Ramos, Everflowing Chalice and Grim Monolith all seem playable. Things like Sapphire Medallion and Cloud Key might be as well. If you get enough artifact accel in there, Tolarian Academy becomes a must (searchable with Tolaria West,) and Voltaic Key becomes playable.

Additionally, Voltaic Key combos pretty well with Jhoira's Timebug, who should probably be included in the "Suspend Utility" section, as should Timecrafting :)

Delay might be playable as a counterspell. If you really need the spell to not resolve, you can add time counters to it.

Finally, Greater Gargadon makes a pretty good beater. He's big, and if you're about to blow up the world anyway, it doesn't hurt to sac your permanents first.
