So, after after getting booted from another site I took a break from EDH. Last week, after a two year nap, I am back having fun using my old four star general friend Numot. Cutting Edge:
Sanctum Plowbeast
Darksteel Citadel
Decree of Justice
Jace Beleren
Tunnel Vision
Conqueror's Pledge (Storm Herd works better IMO)
Sunforger
Khalni Gem

Possible Additions:
Rite of Replication
Recurring Insight
Fact or Fiction
Brainstorm
Vicious Shadows
Crucible of Worlds
Land Tax
All is Dust
Mana Crypt
Hamletback Goliath
Auratouched Mage
Eldrazi Conscription
Condemn
Proteus Staff
Everflowing Chalice
Coalition Relic
Izzet, Boros, and Azorius Signets
Expedition Map
Academy Ruins
Tolaria West
Tolarian Academy
Mana Crypt
Grim Monolith
Voltaic Key
Remand
Fireshrieker

Of these, I'd put priority on Crucible of Worlds, Land Tax, Mana Crypt, Rite of Replication, Recurring Insight, and Proteus Staff. The artifacts may bend you in a direction you don't want to if you deal with too much artifact hate without that much recovery. If you do go in that direction, cards like Open the Vaults become more valuable to you.

Interesting. I am running it on MWS to see what I want to take out, and some of those will be making their way into the deck. Thanks.

Well, from the looks of the cards you have, it seems to be very good at playing off of Numot's advantages in being a flyer, but flying is a staple for almost all beaters in the format save Eldrazi. Granted, I personally do insane (i.e. stupid) things like run Sun Quan, Lord of Wu to go Kool Aid Man through defenses on top of quietly going for a combo. You may want to have a stealth combo. Tunnel Vision just doesn't work anymore... due to too many Eldrazi around, and your only real mech to abuse that is Hinder, anyway. You need a bit more passive card advantage or other players will just sit back and drop bombs on you that you aren't prepared to respond to while your hand is less pertinent reactive card advantage... so engines to improve your card quality/quantity rather than simple effect can be needed. You do have one 'gib all' combo that I see (Emrakul + Crystal Shard), but a few more can't hurt, as long as you can lay low before they go off. When I play, I tend to try to get other players to concentrate on who is showing the most obvious 'gib all'. This makes Erayo players, for example, the first target.

To add to possible cards:
Wheel of Fortune
Time Stretch
Tidings
Mindslaver (only with Academy Ruins)
Academy Rector
Jokulhaups (float mana and play it like old school Upheaval/Tog with a beater or something like Luminarch Ascension)

Compact 'gib one' effects
Goblin Charbelcher + Mana Severance
Stuffy Doll+Guilty Conscience

Compact 'gib everyone' effects
Beacon of Tomorrows + Planar Portal
Hunted Dragon and/or Hunted Phantasm + Vicious Shadows + Wrath Effects
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Pestermite (makes Reveillark more useful to you)
