I'd like some thoughts about the eternal question, 'How do you properly modify a theme deck?' It's a Pandora's Box but with the recent Planechase decks, mainly the zombie and R/W decks, (and trying to curb my Magic spending) I've been thinking of some logical way to modify the decks.
The Planechase decks are nice because of the eight rares per deck. I figured a max of eight rares, one each; sixteen uncommon, up to two each; and max 24 commons, up to three each.
The other big question is about what percentage of original cards to keep.
What's your take?
