Budget Reanimator.

Trying to make a relatively cheap Reanimator deck. No dual lands or Entombs or Force of Wills. I do already have the fetces and shocklands I need: all I need are some commons and some of the creatures.

Here is my current list:

4 Putrid Imp
1 Sphinx of the Steel Wind
1 Terastodon

4 Brainstorm
4 Buried Alive
4 Careful Study
4 Duress
4 Exhume
4 Lim-Dul's Vault
4 Reanimate
4 Animate Dead

2 Island
4 Misty Rainforest
4 Polluted Delta
3 Swamp
4 Watery Grave



Any suggestions?

I've always found Intuition much more versatile than Buried Alive. Also, with Thoughtseize you can pitch your own stuff, whereas Duress you cannot (this could take the Imp slot too, potentially). Of course, both of these are more $. I think you could also run a counter package with Daze and Mana Leak or Negate.

The deck could use a few more lands as well.

I would suggest:
-4 Putrid Imp
-4 Duress
-1 Terastadon
-4 Buried Alive
-2 Careful Study ( or -2 Brainstorm, or -1 of each)
- 2 Exhume or Animate Dead (10 is more than enough)

+4 Thoughtseize
+3 Negate
+4 Daze
+3 Intuition
+3 Lands
