Because Manaless Dredge is a new deck in Legacy, and Dredge just won Vintage Championships. Also the next block is a graveyard set, so people are speculating.

Because every dredge deck runs 4? On top of that it's from the 3rd set in a block making it harder to find, just like tarmogoyf and dredge might get a boost in Innistrad in legacy and/or modern from the new cards. Also, speculation.
