Hello :smile: Our first Sunday Legacy at our new store location was a big hit with 38 players. We're looking to top that with a very quick follow-up event!

Sunday Legacy 9-18 at DHG!

Format: Legacy, Competitive REL, decklists required
$20 Entry, Noon-12:50pm reg and 1pm start time sharp

Source Special: Anyone who attended our 8-7 Grand Re-opening Sunday Legacy will receive $5 store credit for also playing in this tourney!
Credit will be given the day of this event and cannot be used for tournament entry.

PRIZES:

1st= 4 Underground Sea
2nd= 4 Volcanic Island
3rd= 4 Plateau
4th= 4 Savannah

5th-8th= $50 credit each!

Prizes based on 40 players. Additional prizes based on attendance. Top 4 prizes planned to be given out regardless of attendance :D

We're currently closed on Sundays, but will be re-opening every Sunday starting for this event and will have multiple giant HDTV's available for your football viewing pleasure :D

This tournament is just under two weeks away! If you're looking to play magic in the mean time we have Magic celebration this Saturday 9/10 starting at 1pm. Free minimaster tourneys all day! You get a pack just for showing and can win up to 4 more packs in each 16 player event! We'll be running flights until we run out of the complimentary product WOTC gave us to run these minimasters!

Also a reminder that we have weekly legacy every Thursday for $5 that features 200% credit payout, and a Super Thursday night legacy right after this on 9/22 for 2 DCI promo wastelands for 1st and a dci promo confidant for second.

We had over 50 for mtg celebration day. Several people at that event told me they were coming this Sunday for our legacy so I'm excited :laugh:

This is our first Sunday Open again and we'll be open on Sundays from here on out.

The event was 5 rounds cut to top 8. Also in top 8 was Josh Ferrie /w Zoo (defeated by Jeremiah), Pete Luo /w RUG Natural Order (defeated by Dustin), Andrew Maag /w BUG Landstill (defeated by Mike), and Micah Greenbaum /w Loam/Sesimic assault (defeated by Nick).

All 16 duals were given out and in what I consider a prize upgrade, savannahs were replaced by scrublands. $25 store credit was paid each out to 5th-8th. Didn't get the 40-ish people I was looking for and based prizes on, but 30 was solid.

I'll have another one of these in the near future. I think everyone had fun. I know I did :smile:

No really I'm glad you had a good time. Good job with your list. I never see you not do well with it.
