I would max out on Horizon Canopy and play either Loam or Crucible, which can give you a pretty great draw engine that also feeds Lorescale.
Do you need Path when you can play Ambush Viper?

Ghost quarter seems good here especially with zoo being the most popular deck. Is it bad that I want to put gifts in?
Also edit. I noticed ambush viper doesn't have reach and there is a lot of V Clique, so i was thinking of putting Winged Coatl or Matsu Tribe Sniper + Basilisk Collar

No Sosuke Summons?
It's cool and synergizes with Loam.

If you wanna run a UG tribe, I think faeries is a better option. It has better control cards and a higher creature count.

I've been playing Faerie's for years now wanted to try something different.

You should call the deck "Snakes on a Plane".

Maybe Sosuke's Summons with Glare of Subdual?
I used to run Casual Snakes with Summons + Opposition, which is way better than Glare, but still.
Also Snakes on a Plane....

I don't think sosuke would pump out enough tokens for that to be worth it. But cool idea.

I can't exactly see the tribal advantage of running exclusively snake creatures. Seshiro's bonus I guess?

What exactly makes this deck better than Merfolk or Bant or TheRock or Melira or anything else that runs on creatures?
How do you come to the conclusion that a 6 Mana Lord that does close to nothing alone is playable?
Most of your creatures derp derp derrrrrrrrrrrpppppp...... (sorry for the meme, but i guess you may know what the point is - they are tiny, weak and slow).
The tribal "Snakes" does not remotely offer anything in this list - except for simply beeing snakes which kinda is cool, but nothing more than that. It is not competitive, this is a casual deck one could play to make a fair fun game with some friends.

People need to understand that modern is NOT casual.....
