Shouta Yasooka- "Eternal Confusion" at the 2012 Players Championship

Hello dear fellow friends of competetive Magic,

There is quite some story to tell and I am overwhelmingly suprised that it seems no one came up with this already, after more than 3 months of a weird appearance at the beforementioned, first Players Championship in 2012.
To make the long story short: After my loss of interest in the game itself over the greater part of last year, my fire got somewhat re-ignited and recently I share a moderate interest in the modern format. After tinkering with different archetypes, decks and cards, I chose to get some inspiration and learn more about the format in-depth by watching some of the greatest players of all time doing what they're best at, playing the game at their top notch in big tournaments.
After filing through some events, I was happily surprised to find out about the Players Championship and I was more than excited to see many of the unarguably best players in the world going at it. After watching one of the Semifinals (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aH3lfUDknKo) and searching for Yasookas decklist shortly after, I found myself wondering about a few things... .
Yasookas decklist: here (http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/deck/1056)
Yasookas Video-decktech: there (http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/eventcoverage/tpc12/video10)
And now...let us go back to minute 2 of the Semis between Finkel and Yasooka.

#1: The decklist featured by Conley Woods article has exactly 3 copies of Misty Rainforest, while the video-decktech has a full playset of both Fetchlands

and way more important

#2: How can Yasooka cast Serum Visions while not even having it in his deck?

Riddle. Me. This.

Stay sharp, peace

PS: I do not blame either Mr. Woods, Mr. Yasooka, nor any working member of WotC, but I am definetly not happy with the current state of solving out this confusion that might let players think twice about how competent the management is, even in the highest competetive level.

Cannot watch the videos right now (will do so when I get home), but sometimes players make last-minute changes and decklists in the coverages also contain mistakes from time to time.

Conley Woods' page on the RUG deck is incorrect. The correct decklist has 2 Serum Visions main. You can find all 16 decklists here:

I'm glad that this is sorted out then (hopefully). I am a bit confused that I have to find out about this via a more or less independant website. Thanks for clarifying things.
(@Mods: If this thread will get closed in danger of spilling coffee over one's shirt, I am totally fine with that. As I said, I didn't mean to blame anyone)

Next time use google to check for yourself before calling someone or something out. ;)

It was important to me to not call SOMEBODY out. The video-article/coverage mismatch (which are the first 2 hits on google in GER) led to an obvious confusion that appears to be sorted out now. No need to start an actual witch-hunt by saying someone started a witch-hunt who really didn't.

A witch-hunt? Please, using this term is ridiculous. I just gave you advice on how to avoid such situations and only using the first two hits when googling about "quite some story" isn't something you should do anyway.

Conley Woods fucked up the decklist in his article. It's pretty simple.

Wizards did have the correct decklists up during live coverage:
