Any reason to run Mishra's Factory over Mutavault (for the human bonus)?

Any reason to run Mishra's Factory over Mutavault (for the human bonus)?

Mutavault > Mishra's Factory when Mayor is in play. More importantly though Mishra's can trade with Lodestone without Mayor which is why it gets the spot. It also can block other annoying things like Confidant and Snapcaster favorably more often, basically Factory is better unless Mayor is in play is the answer.
