There are currently many options for anti artifact tech. Usually finding the right balance between dealing with workshops and other prevalent strategies is the focus of main deck artifact removal. I think that's an area that can be improved upon. Off the top of my head the most commonly used cards I can think of are:

Hurkyl's Recall
Rebuild
Steel Sabotage
Trygon Predator
Nature's Claim
Viashino Heretic
Rakdos Charm
Ingot Chewer
Shattering Spree
Ancient Grudge
Artifact Mutation
Teferi's Realm
Disenchant

As a side note lightning bolt and dismember both hit MUD creatures and other cards but aren't something I would consider artifact hate.

What else should be on this list? What should be at the top? Main deck removal is usually about versatility, should that remain the focus or should that versatility move to the sideboard.
Other things to note are that sol ring and oath of druids can function as anti workshop pieces for the right decks.

Ancient Tomb is really good at combating their strategy typically, not by removing permanents but by accelerating you past their Spheres/Lodestone. It's like a colorless Time Walk essentially.
