Location is Oshawa, Ontario which is near Toronto. Entry is $40, reg 08:00-09:45, start 10:00.
As of December 5, 2013 the guaranteed prize structure is:
1st – x4 Misty Rainforest, x4 Scalding Tarn, x4 Verdant Catacombs, x4 Marsh Flats, x4 Arid Mesa
2nd – 12 Foil Shocklands (RTR/GC)
3rd-4th – 6 Foil Shocklands (RTR/GC)
5th-8th - 2 Foil Shocklands (RTR/GC)
9th-16th – 1 Foil Shocklands (RTR/GC) +1 non Foil RTR/GC shock land of players choice
This tournament organizer wants 150 people but will keep this prize structure even if only 8 people turn up.
