We have been getting a lot of questions about the exact location of the PTQ and the SCG IQ because we are not in the ballrooms we normally use. Also there will be some doors locked as the GCCC gets set up for the Columbus New Years Gala. Here is a quick FAQ to help get you into the Battelle Ballroom. We are in Battelle Grand South. This is the half of the entire Battelle Grand. In regards to the map that you attached in your email, it will be best to follow these instructions:

1. Use the above link and click the Battelle Grand option in the left hand column. That option will change the map to highlight the Battelle Grand.

2. On the map you will find a symbol that indicates where an elevator and escalator are (look on the West side of Battelle Grand; also located near the Hyatt Regency Ballroom on the map). That escalator and elevator will take your attendees to the third floor where they will enter through for Battelle Grand South.

3. It will be easier to use the South side of the building if possible. You will eventually make your way towards the South of the building due to the North side being closed down.
