Momentary Blink + Avalance Riders

Ok, let's say you have a Avalance Riders in play cast from the previous turn. You need to pay the upkeep Echo still. Can you place the upkeep effect on the stack and momentary blink the Riders out? If so, does this just reset the Echo to make you pay it next turn since it will have no memory or being in play or what?

It seems the CIP effect would go off again and you would have to pay the Echo next upkeep, but I am not sure. I couldn't find anything on this one.

It would come back into play destroying another land and you would pay the echo next upkeep. You will not have to pay that echo that turn if you momentary blink with echo on the stack, but blinking will trigger echo for the next turn.

That's what I thought, but wasn't real sure since i couldn't find anything relevant in the comprehensive book. Thanks.

This is why the modern T2 Blink deck tends to not run much in the way of avalanche riders.
