This question is about today's preview card (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=mtgcom/daily/tf29).

So, let's say your opponent casts Tendrils/Brain Freeze/etc., and in response to the Storm trigger, you resolve this little guy. Since you now have pro blue/black/whatever when the copies go on the stack, do they have to target themselves? Or, since they're copies, do they keep their original target (you) and just fizzle?

I think they fizzle, or "countered upon resolution" as it's referred to now.

Kinda like how you Vial in a Crystalline Sliver to save your Muscle Sliver from getting Bolted...

Against tendrils the copies go on the stack with the same target as the origional spell, then the contoler may change them, but will choose not to. Then they are countered upon resolution.

Against solidarity they will remand it or FoW it and laugh in your face for playing it against them.

Of course, the main use of this card was listed at the bottom:

It can save your place in a book. “That’s not very impressive, either, Ferrett,” you say. But merely by lodging Seht’s Tiger in between the two pages you last finished, you can open up a book and resume your reading at the point you left off! And you can do it at instant speed thanks to its flash!
