I'm wondering how you deal with non-English cards in the tournament environment? Are they legal, and how do you properly display their appropriate text for your opponent?

Any language is legal for tournament play. A judge should be able to show your opponent the english text if he has a question.

You could also bring a printout of the text of your cards, but you'd have to 1) make absolutely sure it's correct, 2) OK it with the judge before the tournament, so that you don't get in trouble for having outside notes.

Sounds like as long as I clearly say the english language name of the card and know it's exact wording in the event my opponent asks (to be courteous) I'm okay.

I have two Italian Moats that will probably see a lot of use in various ideas. On the bright side the wording on those is simple and impossible to misinterpret.

Thanks for the info on the rulings.
