does the "From Game" of bridge from below work with card that goes straigh from our library to our graveyard active the capacity of bridge from below ?

Umm, the card states "From Play", so no, a creature from your library is not in play. This applies to opponent's creatures as well, if they dredge, Bridge won't be removed.
