Engineered Explosives

Not really a rules question, but is it worth running a singleton dual that can be fetched so Engineered Explosives can be played with an additional counter? I'm running it in a UW Control deck, and I was wondering if I should put in an Underground Sea or a Volcanic Island so EE can be cast from 0-3.

The manabase is relatively stable right now, so could a single dual hurt?

It is probably not worth running another dual land only for engineered explosives. If you can find some other stuff with black or red, then it is a possibility.
