Hi, I've been playing Solidarity for a while, so you'd THINK I'd know how Storm works, but there's a couple of things I'd like to make sure of, and I can't track down the answers in the comprehensive rules:
1) When I play a spell with storm, 2 things get added to the stack: the spell itself, and the storm trigger. Is there a specific order that these two things are added to the stack, or can I choose the order?
1) Does the storm ability check the spell count when triggered, or on resolution? e.g. If I play an Empty the Warrens as the 4th spell on my turn, and then immediately Counterspell the EtW (before the sotrm trigger resolves), and then Counterspell the Counterspell, how many copies of EtW go on the stack?
