Flash combo

The answer to this question was in the Flash FAQ during the time flash was around but now I can't find it so I'll ask it again. How exactly did the combo involving the kiki jiki combo work to create infinite karmic guides?

1. Flash Protean Hulk into play.
2. Search for Karmic Guide and Carrion Feeder.
3. Put Hulk back into play with Karmic Guide.
4. Sacrifice Hulk to Feeder.
5. Search for Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker.
6. Tap Kiki-Jiki, targeting Karmic Guide.
7. Kiki-Jiki ability on stack, sacrifice Kiki-Jiki to Feeder.
8. Kiki-Jiki ability resolves, Karmic Guide token comes into play.
9. Return Kiki-Jiki to play.
10. Repeat steps 6-9.
11. Smash face.

[Nightmare]

The one involving Body Snatcher was a bit more complex.

1. Flash Hulk, and go find Body Snatcher, Carrion Feeder, and Benevolent Bodyguard.
2. Body Snatcher's CitP trigger goes on the stack. If you have Karmic Guide or Kiki-Jiki in hand, allow it to resolve. Otherwise, sacrifice Body Snatcher to the Carrion Feeder with the ability still on the stack.
3. Body Snatcher's graveyard trigger goes on the stack. Target Protean Hulk, remove the Snatcher, and Hulk comes into play.
4. Sacrifice Hulk to Carrion Feeder, and search for Karmic Guide. (If you discarded K-Guide to Body Snatcher, this step and 3 are reversed. You reanimate the Guide with Snatcher, and the Hulk with Guide).
5. You now have Karmic Guide, Carrion Feeder, and Benevolent Bodyguard in play with a Karmic Guide trigger on the stack. Proceed as the other directions showed you.
