If I have 2 Stampeding Wildebeests out, can I target the same creature with both of them, or do they have to resolve independently?

They don't target, so no you can't bounce the same creature with both.

"2 Stampeding Wildebeests" sounds like the name of a Magic Internet Radio show. Or a cartoon on Boomerang. Whichever.

You can't target the same creature with both. Here's why:

The ability says "Return a green creature," not "Return target green creature." This means that you don't select which creature to return until the ability resolves. Therefore once your first trigger resolves, the creature will no longer be in play by the time the second trigger resolves.

If the ability said "Return target green creature," however, you would select both targets at the time the abilities were put on the stack, and could indeed select the same creature.
