harmonic sliver and artifact.enchantement

i have a harmonic sliver in play, with an aether vial (mine).
i play another sliver.
Here is my question.
It only say "When a sliver come into play, destroy target artifact or enchantement".
Does it destroy my own vial ?

Yes. If there is a legal target, the target is destroyed. Note that the sliver does not say "You May." The disenchant effect is not optional.
