When Boggart Harbinger comes into play, you may search your library for a Goblin card, reveal it, then shuffle your library and put that card on top of it. 2/1

What will this do to the meta? Are R/b goblins on the rise? Will these little buggers finally kill us all?

I don't see how, compared to matron, an increase of 1 power is worth the fact that the goblin doesn't come into your hand.

It doesn't.

I agree. While you might be able to run it alongside Matron, I don't ever see this card replacing Matron in any sort of Goblins build. And I doubt that any R/b Goblins build is really going to have room for 8 Matrons maindeck, but it would be interesting to see if taking advantage of all 8 goblin tutors might pop up in some sort of Dirty Kitty-esque Goblin combo.

Overall though, worse than Matron, and won't fit into any decks I can think of at the moment.

The only thing I can see going for it in VG is that it can get around discard, especially Thoughsneeze. Man, I wish this was two mana for a 1/1. Maybe if Matron wasn't such a superior option.
Kitties has much bigger problems drawing Fecundity than a Skirk, so if I were to splash, that's the problem I'd start fixing first.
