The deck is fairly straight forward. Just mass out elves or drop Priest of titania and then go off with Staff Of Domination, Biorhythm or Masticore. The deck has potential to go off turn 3 with or without Staff Of Domination assuming they have no creatures.

Sideboard is fairly obvious with 4 trinisphere to hose any combo and leyline for the same reason. Krosan grip for annoying things like perncious deed and engineered plague. Pithing needle for other randomness and another masticore in the event that we are playing against crazy removal/Control.

I've always liked Biorythm along with Kobolds and Glimpses. I'm not too sure how well it would work with elves since they are such high casting cost creatures (compared to Kobolds). Maybe something like Overrun would be a superior choice (I can't believe I'm saying that) but yea, I think they are better options out there besides Biorythm.
