Ok Basis is a threshold manabase with a survival engine and some ninjas ^^

The landbase is 17 lands which goes against survival because it's very mana hungry. The Cantrips help out a lot.

Some choices to ponder on

3 [FUT] Tarmogoyf
Duh, can be a 7/8 since u have everything except planeswalkers in your deck
1 [PS] Meddling Mage
Fetched against combo or late game control
1 [TSP] Harmonic Sliver
takes out needle, other survivals, vials and other pesky stuff
1 [US] Gilded Drake
fetch against kavu, dreadnaught, tombstalker and other annoying goodies
1 [FD] Eternal Witness
as 1 of but might go to a 2 of, to bring back used instants, reuses EE and crypt
1 [RAV] Loxodon Hierarch
against heavy aggro,burn,sligh
1 [LRW] Mirror Entity
can be fetched via survival/higure and is a house against anything
1 [BOK] Mistblade Shinobi
just trying this guy out
1 [BOK] Higure, the Still Wind
unblockable and fetches crib swap, entity, deep hours and shinobi
3 [BOK] Ninja of the Deep Hours
draws you cards great tempo and reuses cip creatures/ witness/trinket/hierarch
1 [FD] Trinket Mage
great creature that fetches answers to many decks, EE, crypt, needle

sb is still in testing, i think survival should go to 2 but im not sure, maybe im missing some stuff suggestions are appreciative ^_~

I would try a bwu aproach looking something like this:

***note: these are just the numbers I would use them in, not an actual decklist***

Artifacts:
Uwzema's Jitte x3 (of of the lifegain from this alone you should be able to fix you burn MU)

Filter:
Lim-Dul's Vault x4 (better than cantrips here because it can dig further for less mana and the deck has no need t but anything it's GY)

Ninja food:
Sage Owl x3 (nice with ninjutsu)
Dimir Infiltrator x4 (tutors/ tutors into our tutor)
Shadowmage Infiltrator x3 (good on it's own)

Ninjas:
Hiruge, the Still Wind x2
Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni x2
Okiba-Gang Shinobi (Maybe? it's a ninja-Hippy...) x2-3
Throat Slitter x3
Ninja of the Deep Hours x4
Walker of the Secret Ways x3 (again, good with Cabal Therapy on top of protecting threats in the same manner as Hibernation Sliver)
Mistblade Shinobi x4 (breaks balls with Cabal Therapy)

Control:
Thoughtseize x4
Cabal Therapy x4
Force of Will x4
Extirpate x4 (could be moved to the board)

Removal:
Swords to Plowshares x4
Vindicate x2-3 (more for Permanents, much much less for creatures and should probaply be a board card)

Mana:24 This is NON-NEGOTIABLE
Chrome Mox x4
lands x20

Sideboard:
Skull Snatcher x2 OR Leyline of the Void/ Planar Void x4
Meddling Mage x4 (funny with Lim-Dul's Vault, and if you misname something, bounce it back with ninjutsu)
Dark Confidant x3
Ghostly Prison x3

The amount of synergy with Cabal Therapy here is rediculious. The disruption package has synergy with it, and the creatures have synergy with it. Swing with Dimir Infiltrator, ninja out Mistblade returning a creature, Therapy it out of their hand, sac Mistblade to flashback Therapy, eat some more of their hand, and later get back the creatures you took out with Ink-Eyes. All and all, there are more synergies with Therapy, but I'm too tired to explain them all right now.

The deck is going to be Mana intensive. Now that I think about it, cutting white and adding Slaughter Pact in StP's place would be a good idea, making the mana-base more stable, and the Fetches should only number 4-6 because of the mana needs of this deck. I'm not sure if this would be any good, but when I get the chance this is getting tested on MWS, anthough that's not saying much...
