Only an hour away, but I dont realy have an interest in vintage cards... Anyone know what the singles prices at this store is like?
With most of the prizes being store credit, that makes a big difference. For a sampling of the prices, what do say duals, force of wills and Fetches go for here?

The store has pretty good prices on cards, They have NM Tropical Islands and NM Volcanic Islands for $25 each. They had other ones too, maybe $20 for some of the less used ones. Forces are $20 I think, might be a little less, or a little more. I completely forget what the prices were on fetches, I think that they were out of them last time I was there.

We try to keep our costs on cards down. I think you'll find our prices are good. We will also be buying cards.

As far a exact pricing:
FOW $25 mint - $20 good to near mint
non blue douls are $20 and under.
Tundras are $29 and Volcanics are @25
goyf is at $35
Moat is $55.
Library is $150
Meddling mage at $12

I may or may not be able to make it to this. It largely depends on whether or not I can procure some of the cards I don't yet own in... two weeks time. Then again... Does the store sell older cards? Commons and whatnot from stuff like Tempest? If so then I will almost definitely be there. If not then I'll have to find some other way to get the stuff I need before then.

I might be going to this. If my brother gets the day off, we'll probably come, but if not, I have no ride, unless anyone else from Eastern Mass is going.

How many people do you expect?

I'll be there with atleast three other people. My friends and I had a fun time at a Vintage tournament held there not to long ago.

BTW, for those 21+ the casino is only about 15 minutes away.

We expect to get 30 ~ 40 players.
We have seating for 50, though our weekly set up is for about 25.

My goal is to give at least the top 3rd more then there entry fee back in prizes.

16 people, cut to top 4. I went 2-2 with RGw Aggro Loam

Some of the decks:
3 Aggro loam
2 Survival
1 Goblins
1 Thresh
1 Ichorid
1 TES
1 Imperial Painter
1 BU Tog
6 others

Top 4 was something like
Goblins
Loam
?
?

Maybe someone could fill in the blanks.

Edit: Attendance wasnt so stellar. If you plan on doing another one, I would make the prize gap between 1-2 and 2-3 less and ignore 9th and 10th place.

I don't know if TrialByFire is refering to me as the BGW Goodstuff player, but I was playing something closer to BG Aggro Rock.

I want to apologize to Ross, who is apparently the Aggro Loam player I played last round. I was kind of a sore loser after the game since my deck just couldn't feed me land even though he mulled to 5. The games were great, and I knew I made plenty of play mistakes, having never played against Aggro Loam and it being my second Legacy tourney in general. They were some great games, including my ridiculous luck-sackery of drawing more Jittes and Confidants than I should have. Congrats on the 1st split Ross.

Paradigm Shift: There were definitely a lot of mistakes on my part during that match as well so no hard feelings at all, it was a great match.

Definitely a quality tournament with a generous prize structure. This store has a nice play space and I look forward to any future events they hold.

TPS took down 3 of the top4 spots while splitting the finals as well, so it was a good day.
