Paleo Diets are a nutritional plan which borrows heavily from the ancient diet of meat and plants. Other terms used in reference to Paleo diet include; Paleolithic, caveman diet, Stone Age diet or hunter gatherer diet. Doctors and researchers are of the opinion that great majority of diseases could be checked if people could take a tour back to the paleo diet. This diet is based on vegetables, fish, nuts, seeds, meat, and eggs.
