5. FTW:
Plains,
Path to Exile,
Island,
Meddling Mage
1. Asthereal (TO): Path your guy. WW 6-0
2. Unlif3: Ah nuts, this is the one mirror variation that I worried about. OTP I play Mage naming Duelist. You play Mage naming Path. You're happy to trade (you get Duelist vs Path) so I can't attack first but you can. Getting the first attack means your 2/2 can race my 2/2, so eventually I'm forced to block and trade and give you Duelist back. OTD you can just play T2 Duelist and start beating down. LL 0-6
3. Wrath of Pie: OTP I can't play Mage naming Mage (you Path me, then play Mage naming Path and I lose), so I have to play Mage naming Path. You play Mage naming
Chronatog (the fear is real). Our 2/2s trade. OTD you're in the same boat. DD 2-2
4. H: OTP I play Plains. If you play Ooze, I EOT Path it. Then I Mage naming Leech. OTD you play Ooze, I play Plains. You can play Leech before I get Mage, but I immediately Path it. Then my 2/2 Mage races your 1/1 Ooze. WW 6-0
6. Tylert: If you play Squire before I play Mage (to race), I EOT Path it and then play Mage naming Path (so you can't Path me back). If you hold back Squire, I play Mage naming Path and then you play Squire after. I can't Path you, but I get to attack first so I win the 2/2 race. WW 6-0
7. GoblinSmashmaster: OTP I play Mage naming Mage. You can play the Blade but I Path it and win. OTD you play your Mage first. If you name Mage, I Path it and then play Mage naming Sureblade, winning. Therefore you name Path instead. I play Mage naming Bant Sureblade. Your Mage gets to attack first, so I'd lose the race. You attack and trade, then I Path your Sureblade for the draw. WD 4-1
