I've had some people ask me about backup Santas. In the past, there were usually a few people volunteering to send a (small) package to a participant who didn't receive anything, either due to a shipment getting lost or never having been sent in the first place. We already got quite a few volunteers for this (thanks guys!), so in the event that someone has to miss out on their original package, I'm sure we can get a nice reserve package together from all the backup Santas :).
Happily signed up, first time doing this! Sounds like a great idea to me!
I'll be signing up as well! I hope there isn't a huge stigma against first-timers. I imagine some have been shafted in the exchange before...

I'm in as well! I'm in the US and I'd prefer to only ship domestically if possible.
I'm MKM Barcelona at the moment, so I'll not be as frequent with updates in this thread this weekend. Keep those sign-ups coming though! Every time I see a new PM I'm happy to see this SSS edition grow.
