I believe the Brainstorm Show was working on a BUG list with Mongoose a while back. That might be a reason to stay in green.

Goyf beats just won Legacy champs. The old man still has legs.
I never thought I'd see the day where returning a Watery Grave to hand with a Daze is a benefit rather than a detriment.
The creative team must have decided sometime between original Zendikar and BFZ that they want all the goblins on Zendikar to have this bony headplate thing.

A store about 30 minutes away from me started doing Legacy FNM, so I went there instead of going to the store within walking distance that does draft for FNM.
Here's my list:
4 Deathrite...
I suck at manabases. Can someone explain why Friedman's list runs a 1 of Badlands?
I agree with paradigm72. Swiftspear is terrible late game, but he's the reason for explosive T2s/T3s. He does a great job of getting 6-8 damage in and putting the opponent in range of sealing the...
Link to lists for those curious: http://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/430220#paper
I've been testing different configurations of UR Delver in prep for Eternal Extravaganza 4, and I came to a very...
Do we have any clear answers to Kor Firewalker? I started playing online to test for EE4 and have lost to 2 DnT players running this card post board after smashing them game 1. I don't know if it's...
The 1 TNN was originally a Snapcaster Mage for flashing back PoP among other spells, but I cut it for the mana reasons that you already went into.
I'm pretty hesitant to go up to 4 PoPs in the...
I currently have this list sleeved up of the Stormchaser Mage version.
4 Delver
4 Swiftspear
4 Stormchaser
1 True-Name Nemesis
4 Bolt
4 Brainstorm
4 Ponder
I tested it the YP version just to get it out of my system, and it felt like a worse version of Grixis. IMO PoP seems the main draw to play this deck over any of the other Delver decks. I'm liking...
I'm a longtime RUG/BUG player, and I'm thinking of sleeving this deck up for my next Legacy event since I want to run a deck that utilizes PoP.
I have to ask why are some lists running YP over...
RUG is often about pulling ahead of your opponent and staying just ahead long enough to win the game. If you stumble, it's often hard to pull back ahead since we have no ways to generate card...
I've been running 3 Sea/2 Bayou/2 Trop in the Hymn build due to not owning a 4th Sea. It rarely comes up, but there are situations where I'll see a Tropical Island in my opener or off an early...
You don't like Null Rod in these matchups for Mox Diamond?
I, too, would like to see a sideboard guide. A lot of it is obvious, but stuff like Jace the Mindsculptor seems so foreign to me in a Delver list.
I'm also sleeving up Goddik's list for my next...
I went to a store last night for the first time that does Legacy events pretty regularly as practice for SCG Philly. Instead of their usual weekly event, they were doing $20 entry with the prize...
Nice writeup. Congrats on the T8!
I've been toying with the idea of going -2 Dark Confidant, +1 land (total of 19), +1 Liliana of the Veil and possibly putting a second Lili in the sideboard. I'm currently on the Stifle version of TA.
Nope. Ponder is a Sorcery.
Has anyone here played against the new Legacy Eldrazi deck? I played against my friend's Modern Eldrazi deck, and uh... it wasn't pretty. I imagine the Legacy version...
I play the Stifle version over the discard version because I'm in a Miracles heavy meta. Dark Confidant, Sylvan Library and Painful Truths are all fantastic against them.
Right. I meant if you need more enchantment hate in the sideboard, I'd look towards something like Golgari Charm that is simply more flexible than State which, for all intents and purposes, a worse...
Natural State seems pretty redundant when we run Abrupt Decay.
Asthereal made a good post on the previous page here that sums up what the core and flex cards are. Lot of good information there.
