I also played TES at Belgian Championship, probably the one you saw at 4-0-1, and i ended up 5-1-1, finishing just outside T8 (resistance). My only loss was against landstill and the draw was...

18 lands seems like too few, especially with 4 fetchland. Your acceleration doesn't help you to pay for stasis and you can't always have city. I would play at least 20-21 lands.
Did you never feel the need to run krosan grips in your sideboard? they deal with all hate (except for meddling mage) and gives you a lot more insurance to make sure you can combo out. Orim's chant...
I don't think it is right to take away dark ritual in favor of utopia sprawl, because you lose your explosiveness and if you can't find a basic forest, you open yourself up to losing to a single...
I also agree that you can keep your colors to U/B/W, if you really want graveyard recursion you could try recall.
Why only one enlightened tutor mainboard? If you want to find your battle of wits...
Am I missing something? Stampeding wildebeests/serow bounce at the beginning of your upkeep and you have to sac groundbreaker at end of turn. The only way I see to have a Groundbreaker each turn is...
Finally a deck abusing razor golem :D. I like the idea of your deck.
Why no isamaru? He blocks lackey and lives, and is a better clock against combo /control than your suntail hawk/lantern kami....
First of all: great idea.
But as stated above, I think you rely too much on pull from eternity, you can only play 4 of them and even if you see one every game thanks to your tutors, people can...
Finding white for harmonic sliver is never hard, thanks to 7 fetchland and chromatic star/sphere. It is definitely better than sex monkeys and it opens up a place in your sideboard (monk realist or...
top 8 was four goblin decks, landstill, iggy pop, deadguy and wub-fish. Finals were between two goblin decks, but I don't know the rest of t8 standings.
Pernicious deed is awesome in this deck: it...
I took this deck to the Belgian Legacy Championship last Sunday and this is what happened:
Belgian Legacy Championship (66 people)
Salvager Game
4 windswept heath
3 bloodstained mire
2 bayou...
I was thinking about building a dredgatog deck in legacy, and because i couldn't find a thread about it, so I'll post my idea here:
creatures: 7
3 psychatog
3 stinkweed imp
1 wonder
instants...
Has anyone tested Gifts in this deck?
It is a better tutor than both muddle the mixture and cunning wish and it always gets you what you want (untap/draw/kill...) thanks to merchant scroll....
Has anyone tried to play 1 echoing truth main? You can tutor for it when necessary.
- It can get rid of multiple meddling mages (one probably naming cunning wish anyway) at the same time.
- It can...
I used to play four lotus petal and they worked really well, turn 1 gamekeeper is amazing against anything that looks like aggro and they allow you to keep a land-light hand. (i once won a game after...
Dromar's charm is quite some tech in white-blue-black, i just love it, but i never find a deck to put it in...
I have found pithing needle much more of a problem than swords, because they have to keep swords in their hand until your salvagers hit the table, which means it is vulnerable to duress and therapy,...
Elvish skysweeper is completely useless, bone shredder is better at destroying creatures and carrion feeder is better to sac your gamekeeper. Paying 5GGG to sacrifice a gamekeeper and destroy a...
I am now testing 2 necrogen spellbomb as additional disruption to improve the thresh match-up, but it only works well in combination with your other disruption.
SSS looks nice , but it is a turn...
Why don't you play eternal witness main? It looks like you side it in every time and it's a great card of course.
With all that vulnerability to wasteland and LD in general, why not side life from...
I don't think that will do much, it seems very slow. Dark depths is a land, so it you can't play it early game, because it gives no mana. And Aether is pretty useless in any other situation, except...
Hi I am Simon, living in Belgium, probably the most boring country in the world. It is easy to figure out then I have no life at all.
I am not playing long and discovered about Legacy very recently,...
i am playing this deck for some time now and i must admit i love it
UGW-******** is a problem indeed, but i dont think xantid swarm is the best solution, you can duress or therapy their fow or...
