Whoops, my shame: four damage burn spells, not the four mana ones.

The most important cards in the matchup are Deathrite Shaman and Cabal Therapy. Get rid of Eidolon and then get rid of the 4 mana burn spells. Eat your dead creatures and you'll win.

Pridemage is WG and needs mana to activate. Reclamation Sage costs 2G and no mana to activate.

It targets which means the combo can be broken up with a removal spell. The benefit to Dream Stalker and Cavern Harpy is that they don't target, thus it is much more difficult to interrupt the combo.

Adding the 5th colour is pretty rough. Besides, Aluren is not the best enchantment you can get with Academy Rector - think Omniscience. You're trading 4 mana and worse mana for a 4 mana enchantment....
