so why exactly are cards like Horn of Greed, Retraced Image or Summer Bloom ruled out in this deck?

I've searched the thread and saw that these cards were at least mentioned, but...

All foil? Damn I struggle getting myself to even safe up the money for a non foiled deck.

By the way, how do you guys determine which starting hand you hold and when to mulligan?

What has to be on your hand to say that it won't work out and are there any cards that MUST be on your...
