It seems outdated now, but my answer used to be Lingering Souls. It isn't efficient mana-wise, but as far as value it really taxes their removal and clogs up the board, especially in the air.

If you end up including the white Evoke creature I don't think you can afford Chrome Mox anymore. That would be up to 10 cards in your deck that require an extra card for payment. It also depends on...

Green is worth the splash even for just 2 cards: Abrupt Decay and Sylvan Library. Having access to Veil of Summer and Choke out of the sideboard is pretty hot, too

I have that video in my queue to watch, it looks pretty awesome. I don't know why Fatal Push is there over Swords to Plowshares, but should be fine with 4x Liliana of the Veil to clean up dudes.

Sensei's Divining Top was the shit in this deck. Until we get something that isn't busted in blue but helps non-blue decks I think we're stuck.

I think 3Feri is a smart inclusion, it definitely can solve some problematic matchups. I think you are missing some surprise factor in your sideboard though, simply because you can play Dovin's Veto...

Is Hidden Stockpile an option? It only takes a single fetchland to get the minimal payoff of a token and it can be a way to convert chump blockers into scrys. With Lingering Souls, and sometimes...
