Honestly, I think this is the wrong judge ruling in this case. I'm not a judge, but Inkmoth is not a valid creature type, so you actually cannot name that. I'm not sure what the ruling was...

B/W Humans is turning out to be quite a tribe. Between Confidant and Thalia(s) along with Thalia's Lieutenant something like a deck could probably come together in the near future.
