This set is a home run for me. It has three or four times more playable cards than a normal set would have.

1R is probably what the card should've cost anyway. 3R is too steep.

Not a fan of more Force of Will effects being legal in Legacy, even if Force of Negation is a "fixed" Force. My guess is this is a one-of or a two-of in Miracles. The noncreature clause is fine...
