Having played the 2 ToA, 2 PiF, 1 EtW build for the last 3 months, I think that the Badlands is a lot better than a Bayou. I'm also playing a Pyroclasm in my sideboard, but I think that when you...
I'm just picking what I think is bad - everything else I agree with.
When I play vs. Miracles, I board as follows - This is with Grinding Station, 2 Tendrils, 1 EtW, 2 PiF maindeck:
-1...
None of those examples seem particularly strong - the whole point of having targeted discard and Abrupt Decay/Grip is so that you can deal with whatever you need to before you go off. I don't see...
What would you be wanting to extract against Miracles?
In regards to the Miracles matchup section, I don't think that you want to board out Rain of Filth (I usually don't, but maybe this is wrong?)
Bringing in Surgical/Extirpate vs Miracles certainly...
I'm pretty sure the gameplan against MUD is to just dodge it. I side in Decay, Chain, and Empty if I have it. You pretty much just want to go faster. It's not worth having sideboard slots...
Also, Surgical Extraction was sweet. Against Omnitell, I flusterstormed his first Show and Tell and extracted it. He ended up having to Cunning Wish for Release the Ants to deal me one damage each...

The day started off pretty good, my only loss early on was due to me punting (somehow I missed that one of my Infernal...
I'm looking into Grinding Station, and I noticed that the recent lists (Pascal Wagner, etc.) look a bit different than the original lists that had no tutors in the maindeck. It would seem that not...
Sorry, I've never had experience using multiple PiF before or using a "value" PiF. So what you're saying is that you take one turn to cast some rituals/discard/PiF in order to "clear the way", then...
So I get the reason for multiple copies of Tendrils, but what about Kai's list running multiple PiF instead? What's the merit of multiple PiF vs multiple Tendrils?
Jona, what do you think of Pyroclasm?
Would also like to hear about Pyroclasm, Surgical Extraction
Beguiler of Wills...such a random card lol, how did you decide on that?
I'll say this much on Massacre - I was playing UWR Delver for top 16 at an SCG Open, and knew my opponent's only out was Massacre to get rid of my Meddling Mage on his tutor. He cast a cantrip with...
You say you'd rather have them sit with dead cards, and yet here you are trying to play Extirpate...seems like faulty logic
I feel like if your opponent is wasting a counterspell on Surgical Extraction, you're on the winning side of that trade.
You can always find situations where certain cards will be good, but I really don't think that forcing your opponent to shuffle their deck so they don't get a miracle is a particularly good use of a...
I think it might be going a bit too deep boarding in Extirpate against Miracles...
Yes, you can build pretty much most ANT lists off of those duals, just swap out the Tropical Island for a Fetch or a basic Island. You don't need to play a grim tutor.
How is your life total being pressured against the combo matchups?
It seems irrelevant anyways since when you're casting any of these spells (PiF, IGG, Ad Nauseum) you should be winning the game...
How does or make your combo matchup better? Making them discard a ton of cards seems irrelevant since you're winning if you're casting it anyways, right?
Why play IGG when there's PIF? Also, can't you just play more Tendrils instead of EtW?
Also, that's what Xantid Swarm is for.
Why is AN bad postboard vs Miracles?
