i would look to use it with cards that say Discard X, Draw X. i'm not sure the effect is strong enough. i do like that idea of using it with cycling cards. that's a nice interaction i overlooked.

6 drop is really funny for belcher decks and ruby storm. not sure if it's impactful enough, but against a deck like miracles or grixis control i think it could get there.
