Re: [Deck] TEP (The Epic Pit)

With the printing of Village Rites, is there a chance this deck gets some more legs to stand on? I honestly love the idea and really want to give it a whirl sometime soon.

    Re: [Deck] Painter-Stone

Hey Megadeus, have you made any updates/played this list more? I am looking to pick it up for fun and wanted your opinions on it. I already did the swap you mentioned a few posts later to add 2 Urza...

    Re: [Deck] MUD (Metalworker)

(Edits: Forgot Match 2 was 2-1, not 2-0. Consulted my notes and just noticed I wrote loss above my two wins.)

    Hello All!

I just recently picked up the deck and wanted to say how excited I am to...

Re: [DO NOT TRY TO SELL IN HERE] Pimp Legacy Decks

While most Doomsday players are on Experimental Frenzy (including myself), I have to say that this is the most fun storm deck I have played in many years (outside of Bizarro, but we'll call that a...

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

I am not a fan of Nissa, Who Shakes the World. She does nothing with basic swamps or your B/x duals in whatever variant you play. Her 3/3 lands don't trade favorably with most of the format's threats...

Re: Brave Sir Robin (Bant Knight Retreat)

Nice! I'll be bringing a similar list to my weekly legacy tomorrow changing Leovold, Renegade Rallier, and 1 GSZ for 3x True-Name Nemesis. See how it goes.

    Re: Ruby Storm

Fiery Confluence was not a card I ever pictured being good when I first saw it. Then I saw it played in Red Stompy and thought "Hm, yeah, this card is okay". Then I played it in UR Ruby Storm last...

Re: Brave Sir Robin (Bant Knight Retreat)

Has anybody played this or any variation lately? I am looking at another "fun" deck to pick up and play around with and this has been on my radar since I saw the deck tech in 2015.

    Re: Ice-BURG Phoenix

Some more thoughts after discussing with some people I know.

    1) I am currently planning to shift the number of TitI to 2 and remove the Bloodghasts for 3x Young Pyromancers. This is also prompting...

    Re: Ice-BURG Phoenix

    Love the thread name.

Currently playing this deck and loving it. I was on the Grixis Buried Alive list for a bit, but quickly shifted to also playing a U/B focused list to more "slowball" the...

Re: [Deck] 8Tezz.dec - UB Tezzeret

Sounds good! Thank you all so much! This deck is very out of my usual fashion (I play a lot of Doomsday/Bizarro Stormy and, more recently, 4c Phoenix), but it has always been something I thought was...

Re: [Deck] 8Tezz.dec - UB Tezzeret

    Hello All!

I am rather new to the deck and playing something incredibly similar to the above list, but I am reaching out to ask if anybody with experience on the deck could possibly give some tips...

Re: [Deck] Spanish Inquisition (B/x Storm Combo)

No worries. My main deck is belcher, so I am constantly talking about SSG. Was just wondering because I saw a list recently using 4x Burning Wish and 2x PiF mainboard and though maybe people are...

What is your feeling on Skyshroud Cutter? I hated giving my opponent a buffer of essentially 3 storm. Also, SSG? I assume you mean ESG?

    Re: Ruby Storm

I disagree, in that aggressive openers with wheel or AoI are made better with LED. It just flat out produces the most mana. At the same, when you chain 2-3 AoI and all your castables are in exile,...

    Re: Ruby Storm

Figured I would type up my latest weekly legacy at my lgs.

3 Rounds, so nothing too exciting, but I went 3-0, (6-1 in matches).

    My list:

    Sorcery (23)

    4x Act on Impulse
    4x Burning...

    Re: Ruby Storm

I'm not convinced playing the deck without LED is the best option, especially with 3x maindeck Past in Flames. Noting that you have Crystal Veins, is the lack of LED a budget option or do you feel...

    Re: Ruby Storm

Personally, I would stick with Cave-In. Obviously you have the bolt/ascension thing going on and usually want to hit face, but bolt for leo is pretty good. Keep your sweeper.

Re: Big Red (Mono-R Sneak Attack)

Hey there, seen you a few times on reddit and started reading this main thread on here. May I ask what your S/B currently is?

    Mine is as follows:
    1x Ashen Rider
    2x Defense Grid
    3x Magus of the...
