I'm happy with this. Overpowered Treasure Cruise banned, but we still have Dig Through Time for people who want to play a powerful Delve-spell. Worldgorger Dragon is back. That's exciting.
Treasure Cruise banned and Worldgorger Dragon unbanned.
I always thought the main weakness of The Source was hyperbole and personal attacks, making it (at times) seem like quite a hostile environment. I'm really looking forward to the next...
Everytime I look at Spirit of the Labyrinth, I'm sad it isn't 2/1 flash. Wizards had a real opportunity there. I'm not saying it's bad the way it is, the card does see some play in D&T and Maverick....
Agreed. I hope they ban Treasure Cruise and keep Brainstorm legal.
Unbanning Survival of the Fittest would really, really shake up the format. I honestly don't know if it's too powerful, Caleb Durward seemed to think so when he did his "Banned-series".
The problem with banning Delver of Secrets is that combo (especially Sneak & Show) still crushes non-blue aggro, so banning Delver won't suddenly make Zoo a thing. The only thing I like about...
Maybe. Also, if you are on the play: Land an Ancient Tomb and tap it to cast two Black Vises. Drool....
Unban Black Vise. The card is only useful in Affinity and Burn and sucks in mid- lategame. Also, I just got a beta playset.
When is the next DCI ban/unban update?
UBr ANT just won GP Ghent. 2nd place: Elves. No RUG Delver in top 8. No Griselbrand in top 8.
