They can get better stats than straight win rate as well, it could be that they look at it's winrate vs games where manglehorn resolved, or some other hatecard, and saw that it was STILL favored.

Hasn't Mentor already replaces ETA in most cases? Seems like the worst possible ban if you want to knock the deck down a peg.
