Fair point. I actually don't own any Bobs at the moment, but I'll surely consider TNN and Tombstalker in the slots. Or maybe I could borrow the Bobs Thanks for your feedback!
Aside Canadian Threshold, Team America is one of my favourite decks of all times, and now with DTT gone, maybe we can play with Hymns again! Joy! Incidentally, I'm attending a tournament on the day...
Top 8'ed a 75-people tournament this weekend, going 5-1-1. I missed top 8 the night before (46 players IIRC) since I lost my win-and-in vs. Death and Taxes ending 4-2-1.

If you want a resilient threat, go with True-Name Nemesis instead. It's actually realistically castable in the deck.
I've played against it exactly once in tournaments, and I won 2-1, so I guess I'm X-0 against the deck with my list :)
Boarded similarly to the DnT match-up, out goes Daze and Force and in comes 3...
Nicely written and insightful. Well worth the read, thanks a lot!
Completely agree with this. I went to 4 Brainstorm, 3 Ponder for a short, short time when I played RUG right when Innistrad was released. "With 12 threats, I won't have to waste so many cantrips...
I also like Library in the main, and I think I'll swap it and Dismember for the time being. Having extra removal in the board isn't bad in my metagame, where we do have our fair share of Deathrite...
This is what I'm working on right now, designed to prey on the diverse, but leaning towards the fair side, metagame that I play regularly in. Small local coming up on monday.

Both good points. I agree on the first one as long as I have additional threats, Library or a couple of cantrips on hand.
Thanks. I watched it last night while re-sleeving my own TA for a couple of upcoming tournaments.
I didn't catch any bad plays at all on your part, the only mistake that I could see was playing a...
In my work-related fatigue, I quoted the wrong post. I meant your match :)
Where is this match archived?
Nicely done, congrats on the finish?
What did you board Jace against? Miracles?
Back in february-march, I tested a lot of TA vs. Miracles in preparation for BoM (I can't go anyway, since my fiancé and I are buying a car instead, but whatever) and I found Creeping Tar-Pit to be...
True, but it's also a decent answer to Batterskull etc. I think it deserves mention at least.
Split the finals in a local with my TNN list today, speaking of nothing. I'm 15-3-1 with it in...
I think the primer ought to mention Maelstrom Pulse in the sideboard section. It seems flexible enough in the Miracles match-up as an answer to both Jace and Entreat angels, under the right...
I like the list quite a bit, and I'm a big fan of Stifle. However, the game plan of a BUG deck featuring maindeck Stifles, Spell Pierces, Mongeese etc. will be radically different from the tap-out...
In my experience, Winter Orb is a beating vs them.
To be honest, I don't own any.
I won a game agains Infect thanks to Dismember not being Liliana instead.
She belongs somewhere in the 75 for sure, I just haven't been assed yet.
Played this list to a crisp 5-0, position 1/62, today:
9 Fetch
4 Wasteland
4 Underground Sea
2 Bayou
1 Tropical Island
4 Deathrite Shaman
4 Delver of Secrets
Great work on the new primer, Dragonslayer_90! Thanks for taking the time to write it up :)
