    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

    Yeah, why not?
Grinding burn, belcher and oops in 2mans is actually fun. :)

Anyone who has trouble against burn can pack some chills and is good to go.

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

I like playing Chill in the sideboard against burn recently.
It slows them down a lot and makes them play into your pierces.

Talking about Tech.. I am currently testing 2 Personal Tutors in the main for more consistent miracles. I also added one Devastation Tide in the side, i'll let you guys know how it worked out.

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

I talked about it before a few pages back, but only got miserable answers comparing it to Razormane Masticore and the 3rd Entreat.
As i wrote, i like it alot vs decks that lead to grindy games,...

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

Another great way to get them is to float a Terminus and take all the combat damage to tempt them to get greedy and put another threat onto the board.
Has worked for me many, many times even if it...

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

Basaka, it depends pretty much on your build.
When you play 1-2 Venser and more Cliques than Snapcasters, MUD is a joke.
The other versions might struggle against Chalice for 1, as they are too...

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

Dzra, the problem i had with 3 Entreats and 4 Terminus is the undeniable clunkyness when you draw bad.
I mean the keep with 1 clunk, draw 3 others in a row type of situation. Where Terminus can be...

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

Good luck with stuff like Masticore against PWs and removal.
Not saying Keranos can't be dealt with, i just haven't seen so many Oblivion Rings lately.

akatsuki, thats exactly what he is. An...

After some testing there is something i really have to say:
Keranos is a beast. Singlehandedly owns Jund, Shardless BUG and any Delverdeck.

    It IS perfectly playable.
Just add Mishra's Factory and Standstill and you'll be fine.

People in here still haven't heard the shot.

    Re: [Article]Eternal Europe: Threat Value

    Great article like always.
Sometimes I wonder why they are still free, not that I am complaining. :)

Keranos seems very strong. Can't be pierced, can't be destroyed, basically nets you a free Bolt each Turn.
I will try him as 1of for sure.

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

In that case, in my following turn going land + Top seems right to me.
You still have a land open to brainstorm against potential discard, and if they dont you can just top.
    I never think that...

    Re: [Deck] Merfolk

The main approach of this build is to be superior against Control/Midrange strategies.
If you struggle against these archetypes, i can say the least it works out very well for me.

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

While I agree with you on most points, i would start different in this case.
If i see REB in my opening hand when I know my opponent is on Storm, i am leading with the fetch T1 on the play to be...

    Re: [Deck] Merfolk

Why would you add 4 USea to run Bob if you can just run Mishra's Factory and Standstill instead?
And the Echoing Truth should be swapped with the Dismembers between Main and SB in my opinion....

Playing 4 Counterbalances is a start. Engineered Explosives are also a good option.
Most will say Oblivion Rings and Detention Spheres are an alternative, but I don't recommend them(clumsy, risky).

    Re: [DTB] Miracle Control

Now it makes perfect sense for me.
So the main difference in our opinions is just that you set the playset of Forces in stone, which I don't.

Great arguments, i can get behind that.
