The token is already indestructible. Just use Not of this World or Vines of Vastwood if you want this effect.

Vs Shardless it depends how much mana they have access to. If they're able to cast Jace as well as Liliana, make the token eot. If they can only cast Lili, play around Wasteland. It's rare to see...

I'm sure he means your second point, this deck can kill much faster than they can kill you. Don't be reactive against them. Nobody wants to lose, especially vs burn, but it's not played anywhere near...
