So for us regular folks, -1 Surgical +1 Leyline of the Void will probably get more mileage.
SBing into a combo decks is pretty nice, though no tutors for Helm is kinda a bummer.

As usual, your lists are a work of art. Every card carefully chosen and the reasoning behind the card choices and numbers are pretty clear. But I don't understand it all; just a few questions:
I'm...
I'm having a hard time finding your latest list. Would you mind reposting it again?
If we build around Therapist, certain patterns emerge immediately.
4x Therapist
First, we need card advantage and/or spare creatures to offset the activations:
4x Dark Confidant
4x...
Do you have any reason to run White besides Vindicate and maybe Swords to Plowshares? Seems like you're suggesting a sub-par Pox shell.
Anyone still on the Sinkhole plan? Given that decks are less low to the ground than they used to be, that means they are mana hungry. Attacking the resources seems viable to me. My concept brew is...
I'm hoping to give Legacy another go sometime soon. Here's my list at the moment
4 Deathrite Shama
4 Dark Confidant
4 Tarmogoyf
4 Stoneforge Mystic
4 Swords to Plowshares
4 Abrupt Decay
I use Batterskull as my bomb of choice. You could consider playing an extra one (or two) for this purpose. Also, Lingering Souls can carry the RUG matchups on its own, and turn your lonely equipments...
Could you please elaborate? I find that my dudes carrying SoFI get removed consistently and Liliana doesn't matter when they're playing off the top of their deck anyways. It's a rough matchup for me.
I used to play Goyf in Deadguy and it felt pretty useless, even against BUG.
Rogue thought: Bring in Zealous Persecution out of the SB to counteract their Toxic Deluge?
With the bannings, I'm reverting to a typical Deadguy splash green for Deathrite, Abrupt Decay, and SB options. I'm looking for some input in SB stuff.
My SB used to consist of:
3 Choke
3 Thalia...
@danpo: Timely Reinforcements is a lot stronger than it looks at first glance. Especially if your build is low on creatures, Timely really stops a lot of decks dead in their tracks.
I've been pondering RiP for a long time. I just have a hard time believing that sacrificing Deathrite Shaman and Lingering Souls would be worth it. And how was LotV without Lingering Souls?
If you have room, try Sensei's Divining Top. Really smooths things out.
Go with a disfigure. It hits almost everything in the format and doesn't have a direct drawback. The few things it...
My sideboard is currently:
1 Manriki-Gusari
3 Gaddock Teeg
3 Thalia
3 Zealous Persecution
3 Choke
2 flex
I've had Argivian Find (untested), Rest in Peace (mediocre), and Mirran Crusader...
TELL US ABOUT BEATING BUG. I can't beat the deck to save my life.
Also, are you guys playing any dedicated graveyard hate in your sideboards?
Ugh I'm terrified of BUG. I honestly had 2 Mirran Crusader in the Argivian Find slot at one point. Still didn't win me jack shit. Spirit of the Labyrinth hurts them, but they're full of Golgari Charm...
Sticking an equipment can, on its own, really beat a lot of the top decks. As a result, they often attack that part of the deck. I'm considering Argivian Find (http://magiccards.info/wl/en/122.html)...
Given the prevalence of Treasure Cruise and Young Pyromancer, I feel like Liliana of the Veil and Lingering Souls have lost a lot of value. Cutting them has opened up a lot of slots and a lot of...
Continuing some recent conversation:
If you're playing Deathrite Shaman, Dark Confidant, Stoneforge, Lingering Souls, Liliana, and Abrupt Decay then you are very much favored against all Delver...
I'm already playing 3x Lingering Souls and 2x Hero of Bladehold maindeck.
I have 2 Bayou, 1 Savannah, and a basic Forest maindeck, along with plenty of fetches.
Why Path over Disfigure? Also, I...
Went 2-1-1 last night, beating a bad Storm deck and Sneak and Show, losing to Reanimator/Show and Tell, and drawing (nearly losing) to BUG Shardless.
I think it is time to rework my sideboard, as...
@Wilkin: List please? I don't see any list by you in the last few pages...
Could you please elaborate on this? How do you go about winning so handily?
The scry lands do not belong in this deck (to be honest, I'm not sure they belong in ANY legacy deck). CIPT in this format better come with a HUGE bonus. If you need increased consistency, play Bob...
