This doesn't seem right. Damage isn't dealt if the damage is reduced to zero (e.g. Umezawa's Jitte), so how does Carpet of Flowers get to say nothing is actually something?

So if you are running white anyway, and you are playing the tutor part B of the combo, why not tutor for part A also with enlightened tutor as well?
