Has anyone considered Phyrexian Metamorph main deck? Nice tool:
- Copies a lord or anything useful
- Kills opponents Emrakul or any nasty legendary stuff
- Answers to Llawan in mirrors

My point is that with Tideshaper Mystic and Reef Shaman (which I think is better T1), you can drop Saprazzan Legates for free any time (well… any time you could play it)
