    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

What have you found with the dino? I was cautiously optimistic and planning on getting 1.

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

Probably try adding 1 Sage from the sb and adding a 4th Leyline or first surgical. The last 2 cards would presumably have to be fairly high impact to supplant rhino given he wants to splash for it.

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

If you were to untap with that creature, Titania Argoth would have likely given you 15 power worth of creatures.

The scarab god deck looks sweet though my first inclination would be to cut white...

If anyone is on DinoFit, give Phyrexian Metamorph a look. He was alright with Regisaur Alpha and opponents Leovold.

    Re: [Primer] Nic Fit

Field of Rune is likely unplayable. If vet needs to wasteland someone its because it is a problem right now like Depths, maybe Karakas bouncing a legend heavy draw, Grove, etc.

    Re: GP Vegas Thread

Agreed, I was thinking the same thing. I want to make a few decks that are a little different like the Jace/Lilly/Loam deck posted a few before and was curious about what else was out there.
  7. Re: WotC & Seattle Seahawks linebacker Cassius Marsh - Early Christmas

I'm not praising Wotc, rather I don't think what they did merits taking a shit on them.
  8. Re: WotC & Seattle Seahawks linebacker Cassius Marsh - Early Christmas

There is obviously nothing anyone can say that can change your mind. It seems like you lack perspective; this is a single incident of good will and you are trying to distort 2k in product which...
  9. Re: WotC & Seattle Seahawks linebacker Cassius Marsh - Early Christmas

I understand the sentiment, but giving out an extra few hundred dollars to a couple people at 1 tournament would have an infinitesimal impact compared to the publicity they've gotten from this...

    Re: Eldrazi at SCG Philly

Not to piss on your work/effort, but taking MUD then subtracting 22 artifacts and adding 22 eldrazi from basically the last set isn't quite trailblazing.

    Re: [DECK] Eldrazi Stompy

From the top 8 profiles on scg:
"Is the Legacy Eldrazi deck for real? How do you beat it?"
"Yes! If I built my deck well, you couldn't!"

Within a few days he will likely write or talk about what...

    Re: Modern Banned List

I don't know? People generally don't drive/fly then pay a 50 dollar entry fee to register a total shit deck. It did very well at the PT, follows that versions would show up at following events.

That was surprising. Efro is super good but the odds seemed to make for an obvious cabal therepy instead of shipping. I glanced at an average infect decklist and they was something like 23 topdecks...

MUD up a game in what appears to be the finals vs. bug shardless.

Re: [BFZ]Battle for Zendikar spoilers thread

Maybe? But skeptical. Obviously competing with night's whisper, and off color thirst for knowledge and compulsive research. And maybe less powerful than read the bones, which sees no play.

Re: SCG and its not-as-lousy-as-WotC coverage

I don't care if Jim Davis wins every scg tournament for the rest of magics existence, but the amount of times he pile shuffles and his pace of play is insufferable. It's incredulous that he goes...

I didn't think twice about him forgetting the trigger, and wanted Joe to make the play a turn earlier because I assumed he would miss it. It is easy to see how he would miss it: he's the type of guy...

I think the imposter is generally worse than metamorph. The upside of versatility probably doesn't outweigh 3 colorless + 2 life being practically free vs. 2UU.
