new Karn into Mycosynth Lattice is my kind of Magic
Nice. Which decks did you face and how did the games go against them?
Someone please bring this deck back
Humility is always great against MUD. It's not affected by Chalice/3sphere and nullifies their win condition. I would also go with Aura of Silence to slow them down.
Against OmniTell, hope you...
I not sure if going under 20 snow permanents makes Scrying Sheets ideal.
I used to play this deck and 20-22 snow permanents is the ideal number to make Scrying Sheets work. The ratio is like...

What about this dude? He seems like an upgrade to Sacred Mesa. Although having this guy next to Humility might sucks.
Splash red perhaps?
You get Blood Moon, Burning Wish package and Skred?
But doing so, you go back to the dilemma of having your Scrying Sheets useless.
Ya, I'm still waiting for that white Blood Moon too.
As for the Jace issue, Pithing Needles do work. They're also good in locking down Deathrites (which this deck can easily deal with), Lilliana...
The new Gideon is terrible in this deck.
The deck is already great against creature decks. It's +1 ability is somewhat a liability because the deck runs minimum to no creatures (Painter/Stone...
Here was the last list I've testing before I dedicated myself with Parfait. The list is also pre-AVR:
19 Snow-Covered Plains
4 Scrying Sheets
2 Elspeth, Knight-Errant
4 Sensei's Divining...
I am going back to my old build (pre Batterskull) and replace Painter-Stone combo with RIP/Helm combo.
RIP gives more utility, doesn't studder under creature removal and doesn't get awkward with...
It does because Scrying Sheets makes sure that you hit your land drop every turn while still drawing relevant cards.
I feel Moat is out of favor. All Show and Tell-ed creatures have flying. Delver has flying (and it's quite annoying when backed up with permission). Qasali Pridemage can be tutored no problem. And...
With just 18 snow permanents, I don't think Scrying Sheets will be as effective. Why use Maze of Ith if the deck itself can do well against aggro without it?
Because the deck runs a diluted amount of board control pieces, win conditions and utility.
I also like the utility it gives such as a pseudo-fog/time walk.
So you can resolve your bombs such against popular decks such as Canadian and Blade control.
It does it job for now. It's not really a big player as its just a singleton copy. Though it's good to have a Tutor target that helps you with the scenarios/decks you listed above.
I mean I would...
Here's my list pre-AVR:
19 Snow-Covered Plains
4 Scrying Sheets
2 Elspeth, Knight-Errant
4 Sensei's Divining Top
3 Batterskull
2 Isochron Scepter
The report was pretty cool.
I noticed that you have a lot of one-offs. Would you have changed this? Personally, I am a big fan of Humility. Why not run two of those?
As for Terminus, its...
With your Tutor target suggestions, I would suggest Grafdigger's Cage with that.
See, now the question is do you replace the two Wrath of God on the main for these or do you do a 1-1 split or 2-2 with each other?
I'm actually contemplating on cutting Wraths for Terminus.
I still have a soft spot for this deck and I still play it on Cockatrice once in a while.
I have completely removed the PainterStone combo and replaced them with Batterskull. Batterskull is...
Would you seriously run 4 Nodes and Caltrops? I do see your point, we just have to outplay Canadian and rely on all the answers we can.
As for answers, while Paint-Stone combo can win out of...
You'll lose to it because they will stock up on permission as you drop your bombs. Protecting their Goyf and Moongeese.
I agree. I haven't tested this deck in a while but I dont mind picking it up again.
A resolved Humility against Maverick is just awesome.
The deck also gained Grafdigger's Cage. I mean a...
