I think because they have no card name, but I'm not going to make any sort of judgy comment about that, just speculation. If you'd like me to check, I can :)
Seems wrong to post pictures of cards I don't own in the Pimp thread, so I'll link to them instead:

Keep in mind that they're incredibly...
Pics or it didn't happen.
I have some similar Street Wraiths. Horns, a staff, bunny ears. Want to sell me yours?
I'm so confused.
Want one?
I don't know, I thought this one was pretty hot:

(And the flavor text is ballin')
I could pick you up some, but they'd be at the average eBay price after they're widely released. If you're interested, PM me.
You never altered mine :frown: When's that happenin'?
I love Italian cards. I think the fixation on Asian cards, though, is because you can't read them at all - you can't even begin to read them if you don't know the alphabet. At least with the romance...
I'm a big fan of these. What'd you trade for them at? I almost went to City Champs :( If I had known these guys were prize, I would have been there!
These are some of the best alterations I've ever seen. They're done by Ron Spencer though, so what would you expect?
I've heard there are some awesome artist altered FoWs... does anyone know where...
Rebecca signed my Sea Drakes, Enchantress' Presences, Italian Seedtimes, Dark Rits, and even my Bandages. Some other guy signed and altered my Street Wraiths.
All I know is that I traded a slightly beat Italian In the Eye for a Tarmogoyf and a couple other junk cards. I figured it was worth it.
It's not worth more than 30/20 for English/Italian now. I can't imagine them going for as low as $6 or $7, even in 2000. It hasn't experienced that much of an upsurge, has it?
The Arabic one was hot. I'd say that's the coolest language yet printed.
